• Cancellation within 21 days of arrival: No refund will be provided.
• Cancellation between 21 to 45 days of arrival: 50% of the booking amount will be refunded.
• Cancellation before 45 days of arrival: 100% refund will be provided.

Please note that refund processes may take up to 7–10 working days from the date of cancellation confirmation.
